Doctations is an integrated, Internet-based electronic medical record, billing system and collaboration platforms. The goal is to encourage collaboration among physicians and patients and to allow physicians to practice from wherever they are. In this podcast interview with Doctations CEO Dr. Louis Cornacchia, he explains the genesis of the system and how it impacts the practice of medicine. He also comments on meaningful use, the decision to obtain CCHIT certification, and the differences between Doctations, American Well and Practice Fusion.
